Pont de Val has 5 hire-able venue spaces as listed below. For weddings, a minimum of 2 indoor venues are required. In order to hire Les Terrasses (wedding or other function), 2 indoor venues need to first be hired. On Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays the minimum venue hire, as a standard, is to include Les Terrasses and two other indoor venues.
WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE VENUE HIRE?
The venue itself (cleaned & set-up), standard furniture, cutlery, crockery, basic table decor (lantern & table runner), service staff and venue event co-ordinator.
The venue is made available to you from 10h00 to 22h00 on the day of your event. Any additional hours are charged at R2500 per hour regardless of the venues you are hiring. The venue closes at 00h00 and is not hired out later under any circumstances.
