RESTAURANT MEASURES


RESTAURANT COVID19 PROTOCOLS

Our first and foremost priority is your safety and we are committed to taking every possible precaution to prevent the spread of COVID-19. With this in mind, we have implemented extensive measures to safeguard your wellbeing when you visit us, and we ask that you adhere to these.

Guests:

  1. Cloth or disposable masks must be worn at all times except for when eating or drinking.
  2. You will be required to complete a medical screening questionnaire.
  3. Your temperature must be below 37.5°C to access the property.
  4. Sanitize your hands at all entrances and exits.
  5. Always maintain social distancing between you and others.

Staff and Venue:

  1. Employees are screened and temperatures are taken before and after every shift.
  2. All employees wear a face mask.
  3. Regular hand washing.
  4. Tables are placed 1.5m apart and will be disinfected before and after every guest.
  5. Waiters will have sanitizer available and will sanitize before and after every table is served.
  6. All equipment and surfaces will be disinfected regularly.
  7. Bathrooms will be cleaned after every guest.
  8. Disinfecting all incoming goods before accepting in stores.

SPA MEASURES


SPA COVID-19 PROTOCOLS

At Belle Foi Spa at Pont de Val we take great care in the health and the safety of our Guests and Staff. We are committed in providing experiences and services that meets the correct sanitation and hygiene standards in the spa industry.


WHAT GUESTS CAN EXPECT

Guests should attend appointments alone and not bring along friends or children unless booking for a couple’s package

  • Cashless payments will be offered to minimize contact
  • Guests will be screened prior to entry of Pont de Val to the Spa
  • At arrival Guests hands will be sanitised
  • Guests will be asked to fill in our client form (for new clients) along with COVID-19 screening form/waiver in the comfort of their treatment room.
  • Please avoid or limit your personal belongings into the spa.
  • Guests should arrive no more than five minutes before the expected appointments.
  • We require customers to wear mask. Please bring your own or you may purchase one at the spa. No mask No entry will be granted.
  • No services will be performed on ill or symptomatic clients.

 

WHAT OUR TEAM IS DOING

  • Our staff will also be screened prior to entry into the spa and any staff member that show signs of high temperature or that has any symptoms will be send back home.
  • Our therapists will wear PPE, including a mask and eye protection while performing your treatment.
  • All Therapists wills wash their hands and use hand sanitizer between all clients.
  • Our tools and equipment are sanitized and/or disposed of after use.
  • Our linens, towels and flip flops /slippers or any items contacting a guest are to be discarded or properly laundered on the highest temperature setting between each Guest appointment.
  • All high-touch areas are wiped with disinfectant wipes throughout the day. Treatment rooms will be properly cleaned and sanitised in between each guest.
  • All areas are cleaned and disinfected nightly using hospital-grade disinfectants and during this period we have increased our cleaning protocols to thoroughly disinfect all high-touch areas each evening.

ACCOMMODATION MEASURES FOR INTRA-PROVINCIAL TRAVEL


The COVID-19 protocol that we have put in place at Pont de Val is for the safety and reassurance of staff and guests. The protocols align with the WHO, NICD and DoH guidelines and advice, and will be revisited as required on an on-going basis. They cover guest information, PPE, physical distancing, and sanitization and hygiene practices, among others, for staff and guests. This protocol is outlined below.


Staff Members

  • All staff members, including management, are screened and temperatures are recorded on arrival for shifts and on departing after shifts using a non-contact thermometer.
  • Housekeeping staff is well trained on required room cleaning standards.
  • Our staff members wear cloth masks at all times. They are provided with 2 mask per staff member to ensure safe clean use of masks.
  • Housekeeping staff wear disposables gloves which are disposed after each room cleaned.
  • Housekeeping staff use plastic/disposable aprons for room cleaning, clearing and wash-up.
  • Staff hand sanitizers (alcohol based) have been rolled out in back of house areas as well as front of house guest areas.

Guests

  • In accordance with the national state of disaster regulations, guests are screened on arrival by means of a questionnaire (Medical and Travel declaration form) and thermal scanner (Temperature on arrival and departure).
    • If a guest’s temperature falls within the normal range and they do not show any symptoms they will be required to sanitize their hands and proceed to check-in.
    • If a guest’s temperature is high (actual temperature at screening should not exceed 37.5 degrees Celsius) and/or they have symptoms of the virus they will be disallowed to check-in and will be referred to a medical facility.
  • Guests are required to wear cloth mask, Surgical mask or N95 respirator mask at all times in all public or communal spaces except in their rooms.
  • Guests are required to sanitize hands on initial arrival at the check-in counter.
  • For multiple-day stays, daily temperature is recorded (On departing the hotel or premises and coming back each day).
